Breakfast selection was almost gone at 7:45.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the

room cleanliness left much to be desired. While the breakfast options were decent and provided a good start to the day, the overall maintenance seemed lacking, which impacted my comfort during the stay.

The nice bathroom with an adjustable shower head and the heat lamp made my stay memorable. I appreciated the very comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night.

Misleading amenities!!! Management's lack of understanding regarding pet situations definitely needs addressing!!! WiFi access failures should be resolved swiftly. it's a basic necessity nowadays!!!

It was just a great fit for a walk in the evening in Watertown with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were very nice and accommodating when I needed extra towels. Book early for better options, especially during events in town.

The breakfast was nice, especially the waffles. I enjoyed the fact that the pool was clean and quiet in the morning, perfect for a refreshing start to the day. However, the check-in process was a hassle. I waited too long to find someone at the desk. The hallway had a musty smell that was off-putting. There were some maintenance issues like the elevator being out of order. It would be better if they improved staff availability at peak times and addressed the odors in the building.

We had a lovely stay with our family and two dogs. The hotel is conveniently located, making it a great starting point for exploring nearby attractions. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and we appreciated the fresh breakfast each morning.

My kids wished there were more pet-friendly activities nearby.

Had to request more towels because the ones in the room were ridiculously small. And spent way too much time trying to find where the breakfast was supposed to happen-turns out it was just a joke, I mean, like, where is the food?

It wasn’t cheap, folks, but I guess it was still acceptable if you’re in a pinch.
